I’m a new customer. How do I order from Beta Shelving?
If you would like to order from Beta Shelving, feel free to reach us through our Contact page. Please let us know what you would like, including specifications and how you would like your product made (i.e., any specific finishes, additions, etc.). We will endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible, and we usually reply within 3 business days.
I want to order a sheet metal product. How do I do that?
Because sheet metal products are completely customised, you will need to get in touch with us. The most convenient way to do this is via the contact page. Please let us know the following information:
- Size and measurements of your product, in millimetres
- A drawing of the product
- A DXF file to run through our software
- Any finishes or coatings you would like
What are your products made from? What finishes and coatings do you have?
We are able to make your products out of stainless steel and mill steel. The type of finishes available vary depending on the product.
We do both plastic coating and powder coating. However, we do not do plastic coating for sheet metal manufacturing.
Where can I find the standard sizes for your goods?

How long will it take for my order to be completed?
The standard turnaround for orders is approximately 10 working days. This turnaround period varies based on a variety of things, including complexity of the order, number of items ordered, and availability of materials. If you have any questions regarding your order, do not hesitate to get in touch with us.
How do you take payment?
Our preferred method of payment is EFT (electronic funds transfer). We do not accept payment using credit cards. Please note a 50% deposit is expected before we begin manufacturing your products.
How will I get my order once it is completed?
Orders can be picked up at our factory for free. We can also provide delivery. Please note that there is a $50 delivery fee on all orders.
I just received my insert shelving order. How do I assemble it?
